9. Tampered / Damaged / Leaking Deliveries

If your package appears:

  • tampered

At Delivery

  • refuse delivery if severely damaged, or

  • accept and immediately document the issue

After Delivery

Share photos/videos with us preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
